INFAB, TOV ("INFAB", "we") manufactures machine tools and machinery, fasteners, wire products, springs and vehicle components, and provides machining and coating services. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.
1. Controller

2. Customers
Contacts, orders, invoices, delivery addresses and quality documents.
3. Drawings and technical data
Drawings and 3D models are treated as the customer's confidential information. They are used only for quoting and producing the order, are not shared except with subcontractors bound by confidentiality, and are deleted on request after the order is complete.
4. Machine installation
Names of operators trained on our machines, to issue training and safety records.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (tax, product safety), legitimate interests (warranty, quality).
6. Recipients
Carriers, coating or heat-treatment subcontractors (without customer contact data where possible), banks, authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
7. Retention
- Contracts and invoices: as required by law.
- Quality records: 10 years for machinery.
- Drawings: until deleted on request.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
9. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
